Martin & Debbie's pre-wedding shoot

It was an early start on a Saturday morning for Martin & Debbie's pre-wedding shoot, but was definitely worth it - the weather was perfect and the location fantastic. We met near Thornton Cleveleys down by the river.

Martin & Debbie get married on 17th August this year. We realised that Debbie and I have known each other for about 16 years! I feel privileged to be their photographer and am looking forward to the 'Big Day'

Michael & Debbie

Michael & Debbie got married on 7th June at Haighton Manor.

With Michael being Scottish there were plenty of kilts around, his two little nephews looked adorable in their highland outfits.

Catch-up

I'm playing catch up yet again! I have finally got around to posting some images from my last two weddings and a pre-wedding shoot from last Sunday.

I spent yesterday morning at Bowland Montessori Nursery in the beautiful village of Sawley and have some lovely images of the children there. On Monday I am spending the day at Little Nippers Nursery in Carnforth, I do enjoy these shoots as I get to spend time with the children and I do love capturing their character in my images.

Tomorrow is Michael & Debbie's wedding at Haighton Manor, I'm looking forward to it especially as the weather forecast is good!

Ian & Gemma's pre-wedding shoot

I met Ian & Gemma for their pre-wedding shoot at Wycoller. Unfortuantely it was a bit of a damp day, but we made the best of it and set off with what seemed like an abundance of umbrellas!

Wycoller is a tiny village in Wycoller Country Park and the ruins of Wycoller Hall made a great backdrop for some of the shots. We got very wet feet but had some fun and enjoyed looking in the little craft shop on the walk back to the car.

Graham & Liz

Graham & Liz were married on 31st May at the beautiful medieval Whalley Parish Church of St Mary's and All Saints. After an emotional service the couple and their guests made their way around the corner to Whalley Abbey for the reception.

With lanterns on the table and rugs on the lawn the weather and location was perfect. Guests wandered around the Abbey grounds and chilled out with their drinks on the lawn.

Mark & Michelle

Mark & Michelle were married on 29th May at Peruga, a lovely restaurant in Marplebridge, near Glossop. The views over the Cheshire hills were stunning and the weather was glorious.

Michelle was not expecting me as I was a wedding present from her brother, she was surprised & shocked to see me to say the least, and was very pleased with her brother's generous gift!

Eddy & Sioned pre-wedding shoot

Eddy & Sioned are getting married on 19th July at Wrea Green church and then for a marquee reception at her mother's farm in Treales. I met them at the farm for their pre-wedding shoot. It's a beautiful setting and I'm looking forward to taking their wedding images there.
